OverviewIs one of North America's newest resorts; that offers 30ft of annual snowfall and some of the steepest terrain. A mecca for steep and deep skiers, Kicking Horse used to be heli-ski terrain and it comes as no surprise that many heli-skiing companies now operate close by. The new friendly resort situated at the base of the mountain is fairly small, offering some restaurants and reasonably priced accommodation.
